Seeking a full-time Creditors’ Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team immediately. As we navigate various creditor-related bankruptcy matters and adversary proceedings, we need a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies, and a proven track record in contested matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company’s interests in creditor-related bankruptcy cases (Chapter 7, 11, 13).
Handle adversary proceedings, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
Draft and review legal documents such as claims, objections, and pleadings.
Provide strategic counsel to protect the company’s financial interests.
Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia (Required).
5+ years of experience in bankruptcy law (creditors’ side preferred).
Strong background in adversary proceedings and litigation.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
