Litigation Paralegal – Buckhead Office
Our Buckhead law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient with e-filing in both federal and state courts and have a strong working knowledge of the litigation process from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
Taking cases from inception to resolution
Setting up claims and organizing case files
Ordering and reviewing medical records
Drafting and filing complaints
Preparing and responding to discovery
Writing demand letters
Supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a litigation paralegal
Proficiency with federal and state e-filing systems
Ability to manage cases independently with attention to detail
Strong organizational and communication skills
Location: Buckhead, GA
