(NEW) PERM PART-TIME SENIOR LEVEL CORPORATE ASSOCIATE (Smyrna, GA) – Our client, a thriving Atlanta boutique law firm with offices in Smyrna, is seeking to hire an experienced corporate generalist for a part time permanent role. Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of corporate experience including some experience in the following areas: corporate governance, M&A and negotiating and drafting commercial agreements. There is a strong preference that at least some of this experience has been with a mid-sized to larger law firm.
Candidates must be barred in Georgia and available to work around 20 hours per week. This position can work either remotely or in the office although the client would like the candidate to come into the office at the beginning to get to know everyone and must be able to come to the office for meetings.
