Position: Contract Employment Attorney

Rate: $45/hr (1099)

Key Responsibilities:
Review legal documents and provide thorough analysis
Answer legal questions and provide guidance to our lead associate
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Assist in case preparation and strategy development
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in any state
Experience in employment law preferred, but not required
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
