Tobin Injury Law, a well-respected personal injury law firm headquartered in Buckhead, is seeking a litigation paralegal to start immediately.
We focus exclusively on personal injury cases; we handle only a few cases at a time (as opposed to a volume-type practice); and we help people with real injuries. We take on fewer cases, and maintain excellent client communication.
Last year we were one of the only plaintiffs law firms in the state that actually went to trial during the pandemic, and by the end of this year we will have tried another two to three jury trials. We need a rockstar teammate to join our team!
We are looking for a happy, hard-working, talented, and experienced litigation paralegal who pays attention to detail to join us. Primary duties and skills include: 1) drafting and responding to discovery pleadings, 2) filing pleadings with courtsstate and federal, 3) calendaring, 4) negotiating with lien holders, 5) critical thinking, and 6) assisting attorneys in all phases of litigation.
Pay:
Salary between $50,000 to $65,000 based on experience.
100% covered health, vision and dental. (The firm pays 100% of the premium for all three gold+ level plans. We want you happy and healthy!)
Annual bonus.
