The ideal candidate will be a newly licensed (NCIDQ) member looking to expand their recent classroom experience with that of real-world application. The candidate will be working for and along-side a licensed Real Estate Agent and certified stager.
Requirements:
Need to have (or within 12 months be receiving) their NCIDQ license
Must be an effective communicator
Task Oriented
Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
Posses own computer/laptop etc.
Reliable transportation to be able to travel within the ATL Metro area
Non-assuming and kind
Compensation:
This is position will be compensated by receiving a percentage of those jobs that the candidate collaborates on.
