Position Summary:

The Bilingual Line Lead will work closely with the Production Management team in learning the skills to advance to a supervisory role within two to three months. This involves ensuring all quality assurance policies, safety standards, and food safety requirements are met.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Work with production associates to ensure they have proper training and skills to perform assigned tasks.

Provide production associates with proper tools and resources to perform assigned tasks.

Work closely with management team to ensure quality assurance standards are met while meeting established production goals. Perform quality assurance checks to verify compliance with production specifications.

Adhere to all safety requirements regarding personal protective equipment (PPE), Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures and process safety management (PSM) related matters. Prevent and report all unsafe acts, conditions, accidents, and/or injuries to supervision and the Wellness Center staff.

Adhere and promote all safety requirements, i.e. – personal protective equipment (PPE), Lockout – Tagout (LOTO), and process safety management (PSM). Work closely with management team to eliminate unsafe acts, conditions, etc. within the facility.

Work closely with management team to ensure an environment that promotes teamwork and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Must be bilingual – required

6 Months of production related experience

Must have performed as a lead or supervisor in production environment

Must be computer literate

Must have good communication skills, oral and written

Must be able to stand and/or walk for 8 or more hours daily

Must be able to work in wet, cold or hot, humid environments

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Willingness to learn new skills
