Overview
BlackPoint Tactical is one of the fastest growing holster manufacturers in the firearms industry. We are looking to hire full time manufacturing positions. Employees in this role will be cross-trained across several different manufacturing activities including, pre-assembly, finishing, and final assembly.
No specific prior experience is required; although, candidates must be dexterous with their hands and comfortable with basic hand and power tools. Specific training will be done on the job for different tasks. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are a must as tasks can be repetitive but the small details vary from order to order.
Hours of operation are M-F, 8-5, with overtime hours typically available, but not guaranteed. Occasional overtime hours on the weekends may be required although this is infrequent. Candidates must be willing to submit to both drug and background screenings.
