Job Summary:
The Production Associate plays a key role in the manufacturing process by assisting with the assembly, production, packaging, and quality control of products. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment according to safety standards and production guidelines
Assemble, inspect, and package finished products accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow work orders and production instructions
Report any equipment malfunctions or product defects to the supervisor
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
Assist with inventory and supply management as needed
Adherent to all company safety policies and procedures
Support other production team members and departments assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
Ability to lift up to (50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods
Basic math and reading skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Work Environment:
Exposure to loud noises, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Safety Glasses required on the Production Floor
