Job Summary:
We’re looking for a part-time Wiring Harness Assembler to help build small-batch wiring harnesses for specialized equipment. This role requires attention to detail, steady hands, and a genuine interest in working with electrical and mechanical assemblies.
The right person could have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role with expanded responsibilities in assembly, inventory, and mechanical systems work.
Responsibilities
Assemble wiring harnesses according to provided schematics and part lists
Cut, strip, crimp, solder, label, and bundle wires with precision
Perform quality checks for continuity and workmanship
Maintain neat, organized work practices and accurate documentation
Collaborate with engineering or production staff as needed
Required
Hands-on experience with wiring, soldering, or cable assembly
Ability to read simple wiring diagrams (training provided if needed)
Reliable, organized, and consistent in workmanship
Experience with PC building, robotics, drones, or other electronics is a plus
Bonus skills: basic mechanical assembly, parts inventory, or small tool usage
