Our Vision for You
Ministry means service. Just like Jesus, we believe in choosing, loving, and training leaders according to God’s purpose. Your spiritual gifts were meant to shine—this is your time.
What We Require
1. Prayer & Study
You must participate in at least one weekday session—whether it’s a Bible study, prayer meeting, or training—Monday through Friday.
2. Fellowship
Join our Sunday morning life groups and worship services, either online or at one of our gathering locations.
3. Baptism
You must be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, or be willing to do so.
4. Spiritual Fruit
We look for the fruits of the Spirit as evidence of a true believer:
Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Self-control (Galatians 5:22–23)
5. Open to All (21+)
We welcome all races and backgrounds. If you’re 21 or older, you’re eligible.
Compensation
This is first and foremost a calling. However:
After completing training and ordination, and
After leading and growing a group of 12+ members,
You’ll be eligible for up to $25/hr compensation, based on your impact and commitment.

7. Your Integrity
We hold ministers to a high standard. We ask that you live free from:
Addictions
Sexual immorality
Criminal behavior
Anything inconsistent with the title of “Minister”
8. Your Growth
You will grow spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Through study, service, and training, you’ll become the leader God designed you to be.
9. Your Leadership
You will be trained as a leader of a small group. As you grow, your group will grow. You will shepherd others into truth, love, and purpose.
