Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Are you a certified tennis professional with a passion for coaching youth players? Atlanta Youth Tennis is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic coach to lead our after-school program! If you love being on the court, working with kids, and inspiring the next generation of tennis stars, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What We’re Looking For:
Certified Coach: USPTA or PTR certification preferred. Insurance can be provided by facility.
Experience: Previous coaching experience with intermediate to advanced youth, high school players, and competitive tournament/league players.
Communication Skills: You’re articulate, approachable, and great at fielding questions from parents.
Creative and Outgoing: We want someone who loves working with kids, keeps practices fun and engaging, and brings high energy to every session.
Court Setup: You will be responsible for setting up the court with balls and equipment before each practice.
Time Management: Prompt and reliable, you manage your schedule effectively and are always on time.
Private Lessons: Open to offering private lessons to players within the program.
Professionalism: Coaches are required to wear the Atlanta Youth Tennis shirt during all sessions.
Requirements:
USPTA or PTR certification preferred
Must have familiarity with the history of the American Tennis Association (ATA)
Knowledge of the USTA's player progression levels
Proof of USTA Safe Play approval
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage a group and adapt to the needs of players
Enthusiastic about working with kids of all ages and skill levels

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Potential for additional hours through private lessons.
