Auto loan finance company in need of an account rep/collector that will handle auto loan accounts.
Job duties will include taking payments on auto loans, calling any auto loans that are past due, servicing customer needs related to the auto loan and other various misc duties.
Hours are 40 hours per week.
Looking for someone that is good at dealing with people, has a professional attitude and demeanor, can handle irate or difficult customers if needed. Much of the job is taking payments from customers and texting, emailing and calling past due accounts.
