Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Provide front desk coverage answering calls and greeting guests
Maintain office supply inventory
Assist in publishing monthly company newsletter to clients and prospective customers
Maintain lead tracking and referral lists
Provide direct administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence, generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes
Maintain a clean, organized office environment
Schedule appointments and maintain executive calendars
Conduct customer interviews for written and video testimonials
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong time management skills
Proficient in MS Office
Resourceful problem-solving abilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
