Experienced Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our CEO and growing team. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks with efficiency. Confidentiality is of utmost importance in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to the CEO, including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence.

Handle client communications, screen inquiries, and direct clients to the appropriate department or person.

Manage accounts payable, including the timely payment of rents for all office locations and real estate properties we own.

Maintain and organize office space, ensuring a clean and professional environment.

Perform routine daily office duties to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare spreadsheets and word documents to support various departments.

Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.

Provide administrative support across all departments as needed.

Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive business, client, and financial information.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.

References required to demonstrate your reliability, professionalism, and organizational abilities.

Hours & Benefits:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Competitive salary with benefits package.

401K available.
