Job duties:
Field office work involves various tasks related to managing materials, personnel, time, and overseeing essential
functions on-site. To efficiently carry out these responsibilities, consider the following key activities:
Material and Inventory Management:
Systematically manage and record the inflow and outflow of materials and goods required on-site.
Establish a system to monitor inventory levels and procure items in advance when needed.
Personnel Time Management:
Systematically manage and record the working hours of on-site personnel.
Accurately track arrival and departure times, break times, and task execution times to enhance work efficiency.
Receipt and Expense Management:
Organize and manage all receipts and expenses incurred on-site.
Regularly review cost and expenditure details related to work activities to effectively manage budgets.
Documentation and Report Writing:
Document on-site activities and prepare necessary reports.
Write daily, weekly, and special project reports to facilitate effective communication.
On-Site Collaboration Management:
Maintain smooth communication with teams and collaborating entities working on-site.
Coordinate and manage necessary cooperation for seamless progress of on-site activities.
Safety and Compliance:
Strictly adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards.
Maintain and renew necessary regulations and certifications, ensuring all on-site activities adhere to safety protocols.
By engaging in these activities, field office work supports on-site operations smoothly, contributing to improved organizational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Job Title: Field admin worker (Contract)
Full-time, 8 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm (with overtime)
Monday - Friday and Saturday. Sunday (OFF)
Construction field management experience is a plus
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
