Beacon Hill Staffing is currently supporting a client in the high-end commercial and retail management industry who is looking for a full-time concierge. This is a Contract for a Permanent role in an office located in Midtown. You will play a vital role in greeting customers and exceeding guests' expectations during their stay so they return time and time. DAY-TO-DAY:Customer Assistance: Give directions, answer questions, and take and screen messages. Provide Services: Restaurant and Hotel Reservations, travel tickets, and tailoring options and itineraries to each guest. Job Development: Participating in educational opportunities, adding value to job accomplishments, and accepting new responsibilities. Event Assistance: Assist in seasonal, weekly, and special events.
