Hamilton Millwork Install is rapidly growing and now interviewing for an organized and dependable personal assistant to join our team. As a personal assistant, you will help the company owners with a variety of secretarial tasks to increase overall productivity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting, organizing and completing day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities:
⢠Act as of point of contact between management, clients and vendors
⢠Plan and schedule meetings, appointments and events
⢠Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
⢠Document and submit monthly expense reports
⢠Manage company social media profiles
â¢ÂConduct and compile requested research
⢠Prepare reports, presentations and client materials
⢠Manage and maintain filing system
⢠Place office supply orders and maintain inventory
⢠Run necessary day-to-day errands
Requirements:
⢠Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet required deadlines
⢠Excellent verbal and written communications skills
⢠Outstanding time management and organizational skills
⢠Strong follow-up skills
⢠Advanced proficiency in MS Office, technology and social media
⢠Discretion and confidentiality
⢠High School Diploma or equivalent
