We are seeking a reliable and skilled Utility Worker to support our Airbnb properties. This role involves a combination of furniture assembly, basic handyman tasks, light painting, appliance setup, cleaning, and occasional shopping or pickups. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and takes pride in maintaining high standards in both presentation and functionality of homes.
Responsibilities:
Assemble furniture such as bed frames, sofas, and TV stands
Mount TVs on walls and perform minor wall repairs if needed
Light painting and touch-ups on walls
Clean Airbnb units between guest stays (as scheduled)
Change door locks and perform minor home repairs
Install and hook up appliances such as gas stoves and washer/dryers
Pick up supplies or furniture from stores such as Home Depot
Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely
Qualifications:
Must have your own vehicle
Minimum 1 year of experience in furniture assembly and/or hospitality cleaning
Must have your own set of tools, including:
Hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)
Power tools (drill, saw, etc.)
TV mounting tools and hardware
Basic handyman tools
Painting tools (rollers, brushes, drop cloths, etc.)
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
