Bilingual Leasing Associate

Job description:

Leasing Agent Sought, preferably bilingual (English/Spanish).

For commercial landlord with multiple office buildings specializing in leasing small offices to small businesses. We are looking for a full time leasing consultant, primarily to serve our two buildings in Cobb County off Delk Road and Windy hill Road, but occasionally also our other buildings. If you have experience leasing apartments that is a big plus.

Experience

Minimum 1-3 years related leasing experience preferred with stable work history

Bilingual (Spanish and English) speaking AND written preferred, but not essential

Full Time

40hrs a week flexible

Saturdays may be required

Salary

$40-$45k plus benefits (full-time)

Locations:

Primary location: Marietta

You must have drivers license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

Touring offices with prospective tenants

Lease and/or pre-lease offices

Complete lease/renewal paperwork

Explain lease and all paperwork to the client

Assist in state licensing for tenants if neededAssist in obtaining local business license, occupancy permit & zoning certificate

Operating property software systems

Walk offices and community

Assist with tenant relations

Assist bookkeeper with collections if needed

Maintain a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the leasing office.

Answers incoming phone calls and walk-ins

Handle Mail, Fedex, UPS as needed

Greets prospective and current tenants

Performs any additional duties assigned by owner, manager or supervisor.

Superb customer service.

Assist and/or support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve the property’s occupancy goals.

Maintain good tenant relations

Walking vacant units, performing move-in and move-out inspections.

Inspecting property and ensuring cleanliness and attractive curb appeal, creating ncessary work orders.

Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices.

Deliver late notice and eviction letters directly to offices

Create work orders and check on tenant created work orders for maintenance

Work closely with maintenance

Ability to work independently with limited supervision, prioritize duties, manage time efficiently, and multi-task.

Ability to communicate effectively and clearly to create and maintain strong relationships with tenants, employees and visitors.

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.

Must be able to follow instructions
