Commercial Property Manager and Leasing Agent Needed Full time in Tucker, GA 30084
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager and Leasing agent to head up our 3 Tucker properties. The hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm. Total of 40 hours a week.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
Oversee the daily operations of our two office properties and one warehouse property
Market available spaces, manage lease negotiations and maintain positive tenant relationships
Review and monitor all property revenue and expenses
Supervise two other property management personnel
Ensure properties comply with legal, safety and company standards
Maximize the property values and profitability
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial property management and leasing
Strong knowledge of leasing agreements, tenant relations and property operations
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
Real Estate License (preferred)
