If you have no real estate credentials, for the right candidates we will sponsor them free of cost to attend a 4 day CAM certification class to get licensed by the state. Agents can continue your real estate sales business as an independent contractor with no desk fees or incurred costs while also earning a salary as a manager. We call the position a hybrid manager.
