Entry-Level Leasing Agent (Future Property Manager) – Starting Compensation : $500/week + Commission | Hybrid Schedule
Position: Entry-Level Leasing Agent (Pathway to Property Manager)
Location: Atlanta, GA (On-site & Remote Hybrid) - East Point
Pay: $500/week base + commission per lease (This is subject to increase after 30 day probationary period)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Hybrid)
On-site: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Remote: Tuesday, Thursday
Note: Days may shift depending on office needs
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with leasing apartments and conducting property tours
Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Prepare and process rental applications and lease agreements
Support daily operations of the leasing office
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, applications, and communications
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and inspections
Communicate with current and prospective tenants professionally and promptly
Assist in marketing available units and promoting specials
Learn property management systems and tools with the goal of transitioning into a PM role
Commission Structure:
Earn a commission for every unit leased
Commission is paid after the tenant pays their second month’s rent in full and on time
Ideal Candidate:
Strong interest in real estate and property management
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Comfortable using email, phone, and property management software (training provided)
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Reliable transportation to and from the property
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Must be able to work independently and follow up without being micromanaged
Prior leasing or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
Must have basic computer skills and access to Wi-Fi for remote work days
