I am looking for a licensed contractor to build a house in Dahlonega Ga., If the candidate wants to work, you are welcome to participate in the construction of the house. I am not looking for someone to build the house. I have been building for 35 years; however, I will need help building it once the money starts rolling in.
My loan has been approved, but the lender needs an active license, and mine is not. The county is letting me build without my license bieng active, but the bank needs a license.
