As a Maintenances Punch Out Technician, your primary responsibility will be general mainteances, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliances, ensuring cacant units are made rent ready by target date. You eill also perform interior and exterior perventative and repair maintenances in our apartment community, including beut not limited to, participation in apartment inspections for move-ins and move-outs. Ensure grounds are maintained in a clean safe manner. Maintain inventory of basic personal tools to complete task requirements including, but not limited to a hammer, screwdriver, adjustable wrench, tape measure, drill and flashlights. Perform on call services request and emergency calls, reotaing the duty with current maintenances staff.
