Qualifications / Skills:
· Ability to work independently with a hands-on, do-it-yourself approach that aligns with the needs of a lean team with fast-paced execution.
· Must possess a strong background in all aspects of maintenance and repair including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and painting.
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical system issues.
· Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
· Effective communication skills, ability to exercise good judgment, and a professional demeanor.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required Education, Experience, Licensing:
· A minimum of 2+ years of experience in maintenance or construction experience is required.
· A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
· Possession of a valid Driver’s License, along with auto insurance and reliable transportation.
