We’re committed to placing 400 people in properties over the next twelve months. Our goal is to establish relationships & attract resources designed enhance your overall success. We specialize in Mobile Homes but have aligned ourselves with Agents and industry professionals that are in position to assist clients with accomplishing their goals.

Role Overview:

We are seeking passionate, results-driven Mobile Home Consultants to join our dynamic agency. In this role, you will educate and guide prospective buyers through the process of finding, financing, and securing mobile homes. You will be at the forefront of our mission, working closely with clients to help them achieve the dream of ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

CLIENT CONSULTATIONS:

Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and financial situations.

Educate clients on the benefits and process of mobile home ownership.

PROPERTY TOURS:

Identify and recommend suitable mobile homes based on client requirements and budget.

Schedule and coordinate property viewings.

SALES & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:

Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the buying process.

Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

COLLABORATIONS:

Work with lenders, park managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the purchase process.

Partner with our internal team to meet monthly placement goals.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT:

Represent the organization at community events and workshops to promote affordable housing.

Educate families on the importance of homeownership as a foundation for building wealth.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED:

Experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

PREFERRED:

Knowledge of mobile home markets and financing options.

Experience working with diverse communities.

Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
