Growing Real Estate Office in Buford is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. Will become full-time in the near future. Must be a self starter, take ownership of the position, dependable and punctual. Good written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, social media skills and a great work ethic are required. Residential Real Estate experience is a plus. Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests/agents
Answer inbound telephone calls and place outbound informational calls
Perform all other office tasks and duties as required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Social Media Savvy
