(Buyer's Agent) -Convert leads to appointments, and ensure that buyer clients are pre-qualified with a mortgage lender. Submit offers to purchase homes for buyer clients. Negotiate offers to purchase and oversee the entire negotiation process. Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors. Must be a Georgia licensed agent in good standing.
Real Estate Owned (REO) Agent - We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced (REO) agent to join our team in Georgia. The REO Agent will be responsible for handling and managing foreclosed properties, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and overseeing the sale of the properties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and a proven track record of successfully selling properties. They should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage their time effectively.
Responsibilities:
List and sell residential or REO real estate
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
Host open houses and other events
Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
Verify and disclose property facts to clients
Qualifications:
Must be a Georgia licensed agent
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
