Basically, took over grocery store retail location, that got ran down . Need to replace almost entire crew . Experience is a must. Preferably, someone with few years experience in stocking dry/dairy for Kroger/Walmart , either trying to get back in or make a switch to a competitor.
Again , experience is a must / you need to be able to throw stock . 45-50 cases/hour .
Qualified applicants will get up to $20, full time benefits, open availability : meaning if you get hired to close, and a week later say that you are unable to close - we part our ways on the spot.
You can got to making $50k in about a year and half , if you get into management.
Personally, I went from $14 / hour to $100k in two years .
Just depends on the person.
Drug test / non violent felonies from a while ago should pass on the background check / no shoplifting/petty theft charges .
