Clean Wave Pleasant Hill is looking to hire a Laundry Store Attendant to join the team at our newly completed laundromat facility in Duluth. The Laundry Store Attendant is responsible for the daily operations of the laundromat.
Responsibilities include:
Customer Service: Assists customers with the use of equipment, payment systems and retail purchases, while creating an inviting environment and building relationships with regular customers
Store Safety: Maintains a safe environment inside and outside the store prioritizing employee and customer safety
Store Cleanliness: Ensures the highest level of cleanliness is maintained inside and outside of the store at all times
Wash/Dry/Fold: Completes work on-time while providing a consistent quality product by choosing the best equipment and options and completing the order with care. Builds strong relationships with individual and business clients
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
Leadership/Management experience
Self-management and reliability
Strong communication skills
Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements:
Position requires the ability to lift, carry, push and pull laundry items up to 50lbs
