DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers as they enter the store and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist customers in finding specific products and provide guidance on usage.
Ring up customer purchases accurately using the POS register.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Demonstrate strong customer service excellence by addressing inquiries and concerns.
Support team leadership and practice positive conflict resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Proficiency with POS systems.
Ability to manage the physical demands of a retail environment.
Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
