Spicewalla is a chef-driven spice company located in Asheville, NC. We offer fresh, small batch spices that are all packed and processed by hand and are looking for a motivated and friendly customer service associate for our Ponce City Market retail location.

Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store
Listen to customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations
Use shopify POS to process in store and online (in-store pick-up) orders
Inform customers about upcoming and active sales and promotions
Use up-selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Clean and restock the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
Skills and Qualifications
1 year of retail sales experience
Advanced & Engaging customer service skills
Familiarity with Shopify POS or similar point of sale order processing system
Comprehensive understanding of products in stores
Basic math skills
Strong level of professionalism at work
Attention to detail for following company policies and inventory management systems
