We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Thrift Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure our store runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, pricing, merchandising, and customer service.
Train and supervise staff fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Oversee the sorting, pricing, and display of product, ensuring quality and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous retail management experience, preferably in a thrift store.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
Bilingual preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must work weekends.
