Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to develop and manage customer accounts within Gwinnett County, GA, and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for an individual with a background in tires or automotive service, who thrives in an outside sales environment and is comfortable with regional travel.

Responsibilities:

Prospect, visit, and grow a base of independent tire dealers, repair shops, and automotive service centers

Use a multi-pronged sales approach: cold calling, pre-arranged appointments, and on-the-fly

Represent Weldon Tire professionally and build trust with accounts through consistency and responsiveness

Proactively manage customer accounts and customer service needs

Track and report on customer activity, market trends, and sales performance using company KPI tools

Periodic travel to expand business, develop relationships, and finalize business matters

Requirements:

Clean, valid driver's license, and comfortable with frequent travel

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of outside sales experience (B2B or route sales preferred)

Experience or strong familiarity with the tire or automotive industry is highly preferred

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
