At SalesLoft, our Business Systems Administrator is pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Strategy and Operations team and will lead generating, scoping, solutioning and executing process and efficiency improvement efforts across revenue-focused systems. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a Salesforce CRM, and related systems, expert. Someone that has a drive to produce positive change, but an eye for detail. You will have a keen eye for opportunities to improve systems and process, and are excited to work cross-functionally to make it happen. You are passionate to build relationships to help others succeed.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the integration, development, and architecture of Salesforce and related lead-to-revenue systems. You need to see the big picture, future state but have a keen eye for details. You must own pursuit of a simplified, lasting architecture to withstand our fast growth. You need to have pride in and passion for the work you do. You need to be able to work with stakeholders throughout the business to gather requirements but have the vision and experience to confidently solution the challenges. THE TEAM:

Our SalesLoft's Strategy and Operations team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming operational experts who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Strategy and Operations team consists of team members that work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, Finance, and IT to create systems to more efficiently prospect, forecast, close, onboard, and support customers. Team members conceptualize the strategic priorities for the company, develop plans for execution, execute plans cross-functionally, and operationalize executed strategies for continuous improvement. They are also the epitome of our core values - Customers First. Team Over Self. Focus on Results. Bias Towards Action. Glass Half Full.

THE SKILL SET:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years experience with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Systems Management, Business Process Optimization
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Advanced Admin, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce CPQ, or SalesLoft Admin certifications a plus
  • Familiarity with APEX and Visualforce development languages
  • Demonstrated experience building custom applications and managing CPQ within Salesforce
  • Expertise in the best practices for Salesforce security, architecture, and data integrity
  • Experience with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, D&B, Crunchbase, Cognism, etc.)
  • Self-starting and focused on personal growth
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CPQ/CPQ+
  • CPQ integration to ERP and/or CLM a plus


WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL:
  • Attend SalesLoft's New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our SalesLoft story and understand what makes our "Lofters" unique
  • Begin 1:1's with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, and meet & shadow current members of the SalesLoft team
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Meet key partners in Strategy and Operations, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Marketing, Executives, etc. - they will be key relationships for you
  • Become familiar with our CRM through training, self-study, and shadowing - security settings, installed packages, provisioning/de-provisioning processes, objects used, and user interaction with the system
  • Learn to handle most tier 1 system support requests
  • Gain a deep understanding of administering the SalesLoft platform


WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL:
  • Learn to handle most Tier 2 & 3 system support requests, with the ability to handle all Tier 1 requests
  • Pursue your Salesforce Advanced Admin, CPQ, or next, certification through self-study - Trailhead, videos, questions, and shadowing
  • Become SalesLoft Admin certified
  • Document any integrated systems or complex processes not currently captured
  • Develop a good understanding of SalesLoft's custom Salesforce record types, workflow, process builders, product catalog, pricing models, approval configurations, etc
  • Manage the project intake process: meeting with stakeholders to develop business challenges, quantifiable value, solution requirements, and prioritization recommendation
  • Become familiar with all Lead to Renewals systems through training, self-study, and shadowing.
  • Have a high-level understanding of how all lead-to-revenue systems interact


WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL:
  • Become the lead Deal Desk technical resource behind CPQ quotes, pricing, approvals, output documents, and integration to Netsuite billing
  • Own data integrity in managed Revenue Systems - providing proactive weekly user experience and data accuracy enhancements
  • Lead architecture change submissions, prioritization, and requirements gathering
  • Work side-by-side with the Solutions Architect to gain systems efficiencies and developments
  • Handle all Tier 2 & 3 system support requests
  • Own any managed packages installed in Salesforce
  • Continue to focus on your OKRs


WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL:
  • Own all Revenue systems support requests - requirements, prioritization, and solutions
  • Become the SME for anyone trying to understand architecture and business drivers behind our lead-to-renewal tech stack
  • Become the SME for Salesforce and all Revenue systems at SalesLoft - a deep understanding of business drivers behind all settings, fields, automation, and integrations
  • Own the entire Quote to Cash Process at SalesLoft and quickly, accurately deliver the technical needs for pricing, packaging, and product adjustment
  • Be a trusted resource for direction and recommendations based on business challenges.
  • Develop strategic project plans and ownership over the Salesforce roadmap
  • Deliver creative, technical solutions to complex problems and make critical decisions to more effectively drive business goals
  • Be Certified as a Salesforce Advanced Admin and a Salesforce CPQ Specialist and aggressively pursue next-level career path development
