The Information Delivery Analyst will be part of the Information Management team enabling data for BI, Reporting and Analytics across Cox Communications. This key function is part of the Data Support Systems (DSS) within the Technology organization. This role enables and delivers on program initiatives, projects and operations across:
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions: - Establish a common set of operational metrics (Data Delivery, Data SME and Data Stewardship). - Establish a project delivery dashboard and tracking mechanism for IM deliverables. - Lead assessment, estimates, and execution of Metadata, Data Quality, Data Management and Data Governance) deliverables in projects to a common backlog and pipeline. - Ability to work with agile mode and teams to manage backlog into the Information Management as a Service operations team. - Improve SDLC deliverables (data requirements, flows, design) with DSS Solutions & Architecture team. - Develop and execute onboarding process for all DSS FTE/vendor staff in how to work with IM and training of IM process, deliverables, and templates to use. - Build and publish metadata into knowledge management repositories (Metadata Repository, Master Data, Data Quality profiles, etc.). - Execute data analysis including profiling using standard query and data quality tools - Develop logical to physical data mapping for data migration and onboarding - Support and enable new platforms use to include Metadata, Data Quality and Master Data. - Coordinate with data SMEs/stewards to validate use, compliance, and value of core data Qualifications: Minimum: - 2 - 5 years of work experience - Demonstrated experience in project delivery - execution of data driven deliverables. - Demonstrated experience with data platforms: ODS, DW/Mart & Big Data and Cloud. - Demonstrated experience in PL/SQL, MS Excel Skills including Data Analysis & Mapping. - Demonstrated data stewardship experience in intake requests with customers, triage and data analysis. - Demonstrated experience in project delivery - leading and execution of data driven deliverables. - Analytical and Communication skills - Planning and Coordination skills Preferred: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or MIS or similar degree. - Agile and Scrum experience - Informatica based products of IDQ, EDC/Axon, ETL and MDM - Data governance or Regulatory implementation experience - 2 years of experience in configuring, developing and solutions deployments.
