Expect every day to be different and fast moving, as you face both routine and complex service tickets for a wide range of software and hardware issues. Working through our responsive NinjaOne platform will make managing calls and documenting communications a snap.
The day may start on a Help Desk ticket setting up a new 365 account, but by 10 AM you are upgrading a laptop's RAM and installing a faster SSD. By the afternoon you are waging war with that nasty virus your user downloaded with that "Cool Freeware" his buddy hipped him to last night.

Essential Qualifications
1. Requirements
a. CompTIA A+ certification
b. CompTIA Network+ certification
c. 2 years’ experience
d. OR, Network Specialist degree from Technical College and completion of CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ within 1 year of accepting position
e. Position will be onsite Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
f. Some out-of-town travel may be required.
g. Training will be provided.
2. Preferences:
a. Ability to work in a team environment.
b. Positive attitude
c. Can stay on task and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
d. Good research abilities to find solutions to unconventional issues that may arise with older technology solutions.
