This position requires a professional with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe environment and who possesses a Georgia concealed carry license.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure the premises, observing for suspicious activity or any violations.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property, both on foot and via vehicle.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or requests for assistance.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access and ensure the safety of visitors and staff.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents, observations, and irregularities.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Georgia concealed carry permit.
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military background preferred.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Physically fit to perform security duties, including patrolling and responding to emergencies.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
