Executive Protection demands a certain caliber of people that think outside the box, and engage their brain before engaging their movement. These people are trained and equipped to handle a variety of incidents and may use a variety of tools to perform their job. That being said, paying attention to detail ranks high on that list. The first clue as to whether you can do that is adhering to the instructions laid out in this post.
The Center for Security & Antiterrorism Training (CENSECATTRA) is now offering a one-day Essentials of Dignitary & Executive Protection program, for those individuals interested in, or newer to, the EP industry.
This six-hour program will begin at 9 AM and will be instructed by Georgia licensed private detectives specializing in executive protection, each having decades of experience and training.
There will be a maximum of eight (8) trainees. You must be wearing professional attire; business casual.
Registration is now open and will end on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 5 PM.
Upon completion of the program trainees will be provided with a Certificate of Attendance. This course does NOT certify you as an Executive Protection Specialist (EPS).
Requirements:
Have a minimum of 2 years of security experience
Team Player
High School Diploma or equivalent
Physically fit
No felony convictions
No drug use
Ability to be licensed in the State of Georgia
