IMMEDIATE HIRE SECURITY OFFICER (AUSTIN)
Compensation: $17.5 per hour

We are a premier provider of professional security services for business and events throughout Florida, New York and Texas.
The security officer position is for IMMEDIATE hire.
Our Company is in search of responsible, serious, experienced and licensed security guard with a commanding presence, to work in one our stores at The Lenox Mall.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a security officer or similar role preferred
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proven LEADERSHIP
- Commanding presence
- Previous experience as a bouncer preferred
- Emotional intelligence and good character judgment
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
- Ability to assess your own behavior, while also paying attention to employees, patrons and visitors
- Listening skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and enforce safety procedures
- Comfort with directing people or taking up leadership responsibilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to operate emergency equipment and detection devices, if necessary
- Fully licensed by the State of Texas
Full time
Part time Friday, Saturday and Sunday
The location for this position will be at one of our stores located inside of the mall.
Our base salary will be $17.5 per hour.
We are looking to hire for a PART TIME position immediately, as this project will start on Friday, April 4th.
