Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling childcare center owners, building relationships, and introducing them to Parentfax’s free program. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help childcare providers thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to childcare center administrators using a provided script. (You will not generate leads; these are provided for you via our CRM.)
Clearly explain the benefits of Parentfax’s program and secure email addresses for follow-up.
Send introductory materials and schedule follow-up calls to onboard new clients.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients in the childcare industry.
Travel within the metro Atlanta area as needed (up to 25%) to meet with clients and attend in-person meetings. (Negotiable)
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals.
Qualifications
No prior experience required, but sales or customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to connect with people over the phone and in person.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Reliable transportation is required for travel within the metro Atlanta area.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation
One-week paid training $12/hr
One-month probation $15/hr
High performers $16-$30/hr
