IDP Services, a leading provider of comprehensive safety management solutions, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring new clients, developing customized safety programs, and building long-term partnerships that contribute to a safer and healthier work environment for employees across diverse industries.

What You'll Do:

Prospect for and qualify new leads within your assigned territory, identifying potential clients in industries with high-risk factors.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique safety challenges and compliance requirements of each client.

Develop and present customized safety program proposals that address their specific needs, demonstrate the value proposition, and align with their budget constraints.

Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring alignment with company pricing and terms.

Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, building trust and becoming a trusted advisor on all safety-related matters.

Manage existing client relationships, providing ongoing support, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring their continued satisfaction.

Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and pipeline development, contributing to data-driven decision making.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in safety management.

What You Bring:

Minimum years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the safety or related industries.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota consistently.

Strong understanding of safety management principles and industry regulations (OSHA, NFPA, etc.) is a plus.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.

Proficient in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel occasionally are required.
