What You’ll Own
- Command the Mic – Run high-energy Zooms & live events, closing dozens at a time.
- Recruit & Mentor – Attract hustlers and coach them to profitability.
- Scale Systems – Plug your team into our marketing engine, scripts and KPI dashboards.
- Drive Culture – Set the pace, share playbooks, celebrate wins. Your vibe becomes the tribe.
Ideal Background:
- 3-5+ years closing and presenting (network-marketing, real estate seminars, SaaS roadshows, etc.).
- Comfortable explaining concepts live—even if the tech is new to you (we handle crypto training).
- Proven record of six-figure annual commissions or leading teams that produced them.
- Obsession with personal growth, competition, and ownership of results.
The Deal:
- 1099 to start (W-2 option after hitting performance gates).
- Uncapped commissions + aggressive overrides on team production.
- Equity tracks for senior leaders who smash milestones.
