TRACS Group, Inc. is seeking Client Outreach Ambassador. Secure your base pay while aiming for performance pay.
Compensation: $38,000 Base Pay + Performance Pay
Performance Pay Scale:
$1,000 upon client engagement with 50-100 employees
$2,000 upon client engagement with 100-200 employees
$3,000 upon client engagement with 200-300 employees
$4,000 upon client engagement with 300-400 employees
$5,000 upon client engagement with 400-500 employees
$6,000 upon client engagement with 500+ employees
Hours: M-F 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Make Calls to potential clients and set up meetings
Assist clients' incoming calls
Follow up and secure the leads
Assist management with various assignments
Special projects and other duties as required
Qualifications:
Dress and represent in professional manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to connect with others
Ability to perform well in a team environment as well as work independently
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel & Word
2+ years of sales and customer service experience
