Job Description:
As a Client Services &; Application Specialist at Broker One Finance, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients through the financial application process, with a strong focus on promoting and managing our 3 Bureau Credit Sweep services. This is an independent contractor position, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while providing the opportunity to earn significant income based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction & Support:
- Engage with potential clients generated through leads provided by the company.
- Guide clients through the process of applying for membership with various credit unions.
- Provide detailed information and support regarding the 3-bureau Credit Sweep service and other financial products.
2. Application Management:
- Assist clients in completing finance applications, particularly for auto loans.
- Ensure all client information is accurately recorded and submitted.
- Follow up with clients to gather additional documentation or information as needed.
3. 3 Bureau Credit Sweep Promotion:
- Actively promote the 3 Bureau Credit Sweep service, highlighting its benefits to potential clients.
- Manage client inquiries and provide transparent communication regarding the process and timelines.
4. Sales & Commission-Based Earnings:
- Earn $50 for each successful sign-up for the 3 Bureau Credit Sweep service.
- Receive a bonus of double your earnings when you achieve four sign-ups within 14 days.
- Additional earnings from successful auto loan applications ($80-$150 per approved loan).
5. Training & Development:
- Participate in initial and ongoing training sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of the services offered.
- Stay updated on the latest financial products and services to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
6. Client Onboarding & Follow-Up:
- Ensure that all new clients complete the necessary onboarding steps, including background checks.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
7. Compliance & Documentation:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all documentation is properly filed and maintained.
Required Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with clients and explaining complex financial concepts clearly.
- Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all applications and documentation are completed accurately.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to promote and sell financial products, particularly the 3 Bureau Credit Sweep service.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to balance multiple client interactions and tasks simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using CRM systems, online applications, and other digital tools required for managing client information and tasks.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum Hours: Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week.
- Performance Goals: Must achieve at least four client sign-ups within 14 days to maintain position eligibility.
- Background Check: A mandatory background check is required to ensure the candidate's suitability for handling sensitive financial information.
Additional Information:
- Independent Contractor Role: This is a 1099 independent contractor position, providing flexibility in how and when you work.
- Compensation: Potential to earn up to $2,500 per week based on performance.
- Training Provided: No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
