Job Description:
As a Cold Calling Representative, you'll be responsible for contacting motivated sellers who are behind on property taxes on their vacant land. Your primary goal will be to initiate conversations, build rapport, and ultimately secure agreements for our services. This role offers 100% commission-based compensation, with the potential to earn up to $2500 per week based on performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate or sales, preferably in cold calling
- Proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven by results
- Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus
