We are a small office with a casual atmosphere. We are looking for the right person that will fit in. Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction. Because we are a small office you will need to fill in for other jobs from time to time, and back up other office staff when needed. Not my job is not an option here.
Sales training of customer's sales people - We make and sell items people don't know they need because they are unique
Manage Account order portals and coordinate new products with buyers
Some experience in woodworking sales, sign making sales or warehouse sales helpful
Travel occasionally to trade shows
SCHEDULE: 8:30 to 5 Monday through Friday

Distributor Support - Point of Contact for Distributor Specific Technical/Marketing, Educational Content, POC List Management (Non A/R), IDM, EDI Compliance
Technical Support - Manuals/Installation-Assembly Process Reviews
IT/Document Support - Server Documentation Review/Organization
Shipment Tracking - Excel Spreadsheet - Shipment Delivery Tracking
Phone Sales - Back Up Inbound Sales Call Support
Technical Support - Back Up Inbound Technical Call Support
Distributor Portal - Back Up Distributor Portal Purchase Orders/Invoicing, Configuration, Support
QuickBooks Data Entry - Add new customers to QuickBooks system and process credit card payments
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Quick Book 2022 Desktop or later a must (our company runs on Quick Books)
Some level and experience preferable in all the above
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word
