Job Title: Experienced Roofing Salesperson
Job Description: Located in Kennesaw, GA servicing N. Georgia. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Roofing Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. As a Roofing Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales of our roofing products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new leads through various methods including networking, canvassing leads and referrals.
Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with prospective customers.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in roof sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, installation processes, and industry trends.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Reliable form of transportation
At least 1-2 years of experience in roofing sales
Must have a working cell phone
Must be able to legally work in the United States
