We’re seeking two motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our growing healthcare team! This role focuses on recruiting clients and caregivers and building strong relationships within the community to expand our in-home nursing services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads to grow our client base.
Recruit and onboard qualified clients.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, facilities, and families.
Conduct outreach and represent the company professionally in the field.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and recruitment goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, healthcare marketing, or recruitment (preferred).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Terms
